BIOSAFETY PROTOCOLS
The Colombian Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through resolution 000666 of 2020, has established a biosafety protocol with the objective of mitigating, controlling and managing the pandemic. This protocol is the general guide for each organization to develop the specifics, guidelines on self-care behaviors, use of protective elements and processes to preserve the life of the worker, his family and the community.
The biosafety protocol dictates non-pharmacological but behavioural measures that must be implemented and adopted by all economic and social activities. Hand hygiene, social distancing, and use of masks are the three most effective measures to contain the pandemic. In addition, a work environment with adequate health and safety conditions must be provided and maintained, working methods with biosecurity elements must be
established, and these policies must be applied to contractors, service providers,
customers, and suppliers.
These are the main guidelines of the general protocol that should be applied to any sector, employer or contractor.

- Make work schedules more flexible, especially when entering and leaving the workday.
- Allow and adapt teleworking.
- Report to the competent authorities any case of contagion.
- Disseminate and train on the protocols for prevention, propagation and care contemplated for the containment of the pandemic.
- Reinforce cleaning and disinfection measures for linings, work elements and equipment.
- Ensure a social distance of at least 2 meters, maintaining a space between work stations, in the cafeteria, dining rooms, rest areas.

- Install appropriate waste bins for the disposal of personal protective equipment.

1. Classrooms may not exceed 30% occupancy.
2. Combine virtual and face-to-face classes ensuring a flow of students no greater
than 30%.
3. Cleaning and disinfection protocols for classrooms and study tools before and after
each class.
4. Restricting the use of common areas.
5. Restricting the practice of sports or cultural and social activities practiced in groups.

FINANCIAL SECTOR
1. Protocols for the disinfection of work tools before and after each shift
2. Restricting the entry of clients while maintaining a maximum of 30%

customers.

salesperson should have before, during and after each visit.

SERVICE SECTOR
